Process

  • You order Reaction Reflection Reflector assessments
  • Assessments are sent to your employees
  • We score the assessments and return them directly to your employees

Option 2Emberea-Facilited Onsite Education and Coaching

Process

  • You order Reaction Reflection Reflector assessments
  • Assessments are sent to your employees
  • We score the assessments and bring them with us to facilitate onsite education and coaching session

Option 3Internal Onsite Education and Coaching

Process

  • You order Reaction Reflection Reflector assessments which are sent to your employees who are asked to bring them to an event facilitated by your internal staff
  • Your internal staff facilitates education session on reaction versus response to change (with mindfulness as the mediating factor)
